Matanda studied a Bachelor’s Degree in Law at IUIU. He then pursued a Masters, in the same field at Uganda Christian University, specializing in Oil and Gas, after which, he completed the bar course at the Law Development Center. He is an Advocate of the High Court of Uganda and all courts of Judicature. He is also the Youth Leader for the Alliance for National Transformation.
