Aymenn Jawad Al-Tamimi is a research fellow at George Washington University's Program on Extremism where he focuses on the translation, archiving, readaction and analysis of internal Islamic State documents. He is also a PhD candidate at Swansea University where he focuses on the role of historical narratives in Islamic State propaganda.
